All vendors must have a City of Charleston Mobile Street Food Permit, follow the City of Charleston Single Use Plastic Regulations, and maintain a general liability insurance policy of at least $1 million, listing Green & Healthy, LLC, 105 Doughty Street, Charleston, SC 29403 as additionally insured.

Parking at the Greenway is provided for scheduled food trucks and trailers only. All trailers must be able to detach their vehicles. Parking spaces are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Electrical outlets are available at the Greenway and Horseshoe locations, but access is not guaranteed and is first-come, first-served. Vendors should always be prepared to operate using their generator if electrical access is unavailable on a given day.

The food truck schedule is set every four months. To see when the next scheduling period will take place, please refer to the calendar. Scheduling is completed one month before the first blank calendar month.

Food trucks are typically scheduled Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, with the exception of special night shifts, breakfast vendors, and events.
